SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation of DNA from peripheral venous blood, analysis of MMP-8 (rs1320632) gene polymorphism in combination with other predictors of development of this pregnancy pathology. Risk of severe preeclampsia development is predicted according to the equations of linear discriminant function: y1=-14.767+ 2.914x1+1.439x2+0.222x3+14.345x4, y2=-2.228+2.305x1-0.718x2+1.888x3-0.254x4, where x1 - is genetic version at the MMP-8 (rs1320632) locus (AA - 1; AG or GG - 0), x2 is presence of preeclampsia in relatives (1 - yes, 0 - no), x3 is presence of sexually transmitted diseases (1 - yes, 0 - no), x4 is presence of gynecological pathologies in the anamnesis (1 - yes, 0 - no), in the event that the value of y1 is greater than y2.
EFFECT: effective implementation of therapeutic and preventive measures to prevent pregnancy pathology.
