FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: thermoconductometric analyser for concentration is manufactured without movable mechanical elements and it comprises a sensory chamber and heating element placed in it, current sensor, power supply source, electronic voltage or current switch for the heating element and microprocessor controller with in-built or connected analogue-to-digital converter coupled to data display unit and/or interface device. The microprocessor controller generates pulse-width control signals for electronic switch and defines concentration of certain components in gas mixture using pre-saved dependencies of the gas mixture thermal conductivity on concentration of the above components of the gas mixture, its pressure and temperature in nonvolatile memory of the microprocessor controller. Thermal conductivity of the gas mixture is defined by processing data on current values of the electronic switch, voltage at the heating element, its temperature and temperature of the sensory chamber. Pressure is measured by control of temperature change rate of the heating element or temperature equalization rate for the gas mixture in unbalanced thermal processes at pulse control by the electronic switch.
EFFECT: long-time operation of the gas mixture analyser is ensured with high penetratability without reduced measurement accuracy in wide range of pressure in gas mixtures.
