FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: mechatronic traction module contains a liquid-cooled housing, in which an electric machine and a power converter are arranged using discrete IGBT transistors and diodes and/or transistor-diode modules. The programmable microprocessor controller is configured to receive control signals and is connected to drivers and the rotor positioning sensor. The filter containing capacitors is connected to the terminals of the power converter. Additionally, depending on the embodiment of the traction module, the transistor-diode modules are attached or pressed to the inner surface of the housing, to the bearing shield or to the stator back.

EFFECT: increasing the specific power of the mechatronic traction module.
