SUBSTANCE: device includes the following: sensors of insulation resistance of the electrical machine, measuring of electromagnetic field measuring, electrical machine winding temperature, bearing assemblies temperature, and work hours accounting, converter of acoustic emission of "reversible synchronous machine-flywheel" system of uninterrupted power unit, microcontroller, reference power source, result register; at that outputs of the sensor and converter are connected to inputs of the microcontroller; reference power source output is connected to the analogue input of the microcontroller, and the microcontroller output is connected to the result register and to the control system.

EFFECT: possibility to diagnose the mechanical strength using the acoustic emission converter.
