FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device for diagnostics of the electric motor operation condition of the mobile robot complex relates to the field of diagnostics of technical systems and can be used for diagnostics of industrial equipment and technical systems which can be referred to as motor bearings, belt conveyors, industrial fans, etc. the device comprises: sensors for measuring electromagnetic field, the temperatures of the electric motor windings and bearing units, and accounting of motor hours, determining an electric motor insulation resistance value, a microcontroller, a reference power source, a result register. The outputs of the sensors and a converter are connected to inputs of the microcontroller; the output of reference power supply is connected to analog input of the microcontroller, and the output of the microcontroller is connected to the result register and the control system.

EFFECT: in the suggested diagnostic device it is additionally possible to diagnose its mechanical strength with by the converter of acoustic emission.
