SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compositions of broken colour glass for producing light-weight inorganic filling agents that are durable hollow glass microspheres of different grades used to create low-density multilayer construction materials for aircraft engineering, shipbuilding industry and vehicle manufacturing industry. The glass for producing colour glass contains the ingredients in the following proportions, wt %: Na2O 8.00-20.00; B2O3 8.00-15.00; CaO 4.00-10.00; ZnO 1.00-3.50; ZrO2 0.01-0.30; Fe2O3 0.01-0.50; TiO2 0.0-0.40; Al2O3 0.0-1.00; SO3 0.50-1.50; CrO3 0.001-0.20; MoO3 0.001-0.20; SiO2 the rest.

EFFECT: producing the glass microspheres having a true density of 0,15-0,40 g/cm3 and high durability.
