SUBSTANCE: claimed method comprises installation serviceability test for all special software systems of automated complex. Computer-aided control system designed to solve the objectives of said automated complex is parameterized in compliance with available parameters of deposit development object. Working cycle control comprises the adjustment of intake reservoirs turn control system meant for intake and feed of rock into sieving surface. Hydraulic cylinder control system is adjusted. System for control over rock mass feeder drive control is adjusted for feed of said mass from sieving surface. System for control over auto-oscillation dynamics control is adjusted to auto-oscillations of sieving surface actuated by vibrator and for uniform feed of rock via fire bars onto the feeder. System for control over sieving surface turn is adjusted for intermittent turn actuated by turn drive and feed of large lump inclusions in the zone of piling. Note here that claimed computer-based system is operated with the help of video control system and control transducers including those for dump truck position control at positioning relative to intake reservoirs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency or preparation and transportation, reliable control thereof.
