FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: culinary oven with the ventilation grid located in the cooking chamber for dispersion of the circulating air before entering the inlet opening for air to the fan. The cooking cavity has a wall with an inlet opening for air, combined with the fan which draws the circulating air from the cooking chamber. The ventilation grid is mounted in front of the wall and evenly disperses the circulating air on the food product in the cooking chamber with return to the fan without reducing the total mass flow rate of the air.
EFFECT: improvement of the design.
