FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for increasing the alkaloid contents in prepared herbal raw materials, particularly the alkaloid lappaconitine contents in rhizomes of northern wolfsbane (Aconitum septentrionale Koelle) used for producing the anti-arrhythmic preparation Allapinine. The method consists in treating the prepared rhizomes of this species with aqueous solution of the preparation Kornevin in the concentration of up to 2.5 g/l for at least 10 minutes and placing then in chambers at humidity of not less than 85% at room temperature and incubating in the above environment for 1 to 3 days.
EFFECT: increase in the contents of the end product lappaconitine in the raw material by 25% and more.
