FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: discharge of fuel vapours from adsorber (150) into intake manifold (46) of engine (10) consists in decrease in the opening of engine throttle (64) and in the increase in forced aspiration developed by compressor (162) connected with the engine (10) when accumulated fuel vapours exceed the threshold magnitude at discharge of said vapours from adsorber (150). Invention discloses the above described method.
EFFECT: increased flow of fuel vapours from the adsorber into the engine intake system.
