FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: silicon tuning-fork transformer of mechanical stresses and deformations comprises a mechanical resonator with legs in the form of a doubled tuning-fork and a frame elastic element. Resonator legs are made as capable of oscillation in antiphase in a single plane excited with the help of an oscillation excitation system. The elastic element is made in the form of a frame base with thinned areas, is matched with bases of the doubled tuning fork in the area of load impact. Excitation facilities are located in areas determined by maximum absolute value of ratio of longitudinal and transverse mechanical stresses in case of resonator oscillations. Thinning areas are arranged in areas of the elastic element with the purpose to ensure stability of resonator design by reduction of a coefficient of mechanical connection of the resonator and the elastic element via an area.

EFFECT: increased accuracy, stability, and simplified technological process and reduced prime cost of production.
