SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to antibodies against human angiopoietin-2, nucleic acids encoding said antibodies and host cells, as well as use of the antibodies to produce a medicinal agent for preventing metastasis, treating cancer or vascular diseases.
EFFECT: invention increases specificity, lowers toxicity and improves pharmacokinetic properties of antibodies against human angiopoietin-2.
