SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and apparatus for managing a data centre for simulating nonstandard operation of a data centre element. The method comprises steps of determining one data centre resource affected by a data centre element, selecting a simulator based on the data centre resource and the data centre element and generating an impact analysis of the nonstandard operation of the data centre element using the simulator, wherein generation of the analysis includes determining a second data centre element affected by the nonstandard operation of the first data centre element.
EFFECT: high efficiency of simulating nonstandard operation of a data centre element.
