The obtained data are included into the function of logistic distribution and the probability of the development of a lingering course of extra-hospital pneumonia is determined by formula 1-LOGIT(u).

EFFECT: early identification of patients with the high risk of developing a lingering course of extra-hospital pneumonia, requiring more aggressive drug treatment, which will make it possible to reduce the duration of the patients' stay in hospital and terms of their temporary disability.
