FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a signal generator, a power meter, the first directional coupler and a reference antenna, as well as the investigated antenna, the second directional coupler and a receiver. Besides, it includes the following components that are in-series connected: an adjustable attenuator and a phase shifter that is connected to the second directional coupler, and the adjustable attenuator is connected to the first directional coupler. Besides, it includes a detachable radar absorbing device to be installed between antennas into a space area sufficient for propagation of radio waves considering observance of conditions of the farthest zone from each of the antennas to the detachable radar absorbing device. With that, its cross-sectional area is determined as follows: S > π R r 2 S i n 2 D r / 2, where Dr - beam width of reference antenna, Rr - distance from the reference antenna to the detachable radar absorbing device.

EFFECT: reduction of error of measurement results and enlargement of a dynamic range of the receiver at measurement of an antenna amplification coefficient of radioelectronic equipment under conditions of multibeam propagation of radio waves.
