SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid foamer including the fluid saturator to pierce fluid with air. Said device for air saturation is connected with discharge device. Connection line houses at least one flow friction element composed of multiple abutting elements made of resilient material to displace relative to each other so that passages are formed for fluid saturated with air. Said flow friction element can be positioned relative to counter support so that the elements are compacted at pressure feed by air-saturated fluid.
EFFECT: production of fine pore and highly stable high-quality foam.
