SUBSTANCE: claimed female die is composed of the solid of revolution with recess provided with forming inner surface. The latter is composed by variable-cross-section ring groove. Groove bottom has at least one ledge. Female die bottom as seen from ends face and composed by said variable-cross-section groove is shaped to triangle with rounded angles. Female die is composed of one-piece part. Ring groove ledge at its maximum part is used as the flaring out element.
EFFECT: decreased case bead at sealing of cartridge case.
