FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of multielement photodetectors. This invention consists in fact that assembly method of matrix module on holder contains stages of applying cryo-resistant glue on rear surface of raster matrix module and on the holder, orientation of matrix module on holder, pressing matrix module to holder, glued matrix module on holder of “head” in form of cylindrical cap tightly to be put on raster by means of projections on circumference of base and contains four cuts under registration marks located at angle of 90° relative adjacent marks to each other, intended for orientation of matrix of module relative to holder using toolmakers microscope, besides, additionally containing four cut at corners of photosensitive element, intended for fitting “nozzle” on raster and containing in centre of top of cap mark in form of holes for orientation and female cone for pressing by means of probe head and possibility of rotation of “head” for alignment marks arranged on raster and holder.

EFFECT: possibility of defect-free method of assembling matrix module.
