SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biochemistry and discloses a solid substrate which is bonded to a polyethylene glycol-containing compound (3'-PEG-CPG), as well as a method of producing said compound. The method includes reacting CPG (controlled-pore glass) with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane to form long-chain alkylamine and controlled-pore glass (LCAA-CPG), reacting polyethylene glycol with 4,4'-dimethoxytrityl chloride to form 2-[bis-(4-dimethoxytrityl)polyethylene glycol] and another series of steps.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain 3'-PEG-CPG with high output.
