SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to a self-assembling in a nanoparticle oligonucleotide construct, and can be used in medicine. Oligonucleotide construct of the present invention may be useful as a delivery system based on oligonucleotide of a new type, as well as a tool for treating malignant diseases, infectious diseases, and the like. Polymeric compound included in the construct is linked to antisense oligonucleotide via a covalent bond to improve in vivo stability of the oligonucleotide and delivery efficiency to the target cell.
EFFECT: in comparison with known analogs, the claimed oligonucleotide construct is improved into a homogeneous material, the scheme of its solid phase synthesis is simplified, and the size of double-helix oligo-RNA design can be accurately adjusted through the control of the number of repetitions of a hydrophilic material block.
