SUBSTANCE: result is reached due to computerised editing of compensator, which includes superposition of initial 3D-model of compensator on anatomical image of target formation in patient, together with information about distribution of radiation doses. User realises manipulations with model pixels or voxels on display, and processor automatically adjusts distribution of doses in accordance with user's editing. User iteratively adjusts compensator model until distribution of doses is optimised, after which optimised compensator model is stored in memory device and/or is submitted to mechanical device which creates compensator basing on optimised model.
EFFECT: minimisation of dose which is not necessary radiation dose for patient.
