SUBSTANCE: dough rolling-up device contains a sheet-cutting device cutting the sheet into semi-product pieces having a concave front edge and a convex rear edge. By means of the rolling-down curtain, a rolled-up semi-product piece is shaped, with the front edge inside and the rear edge outside. The rolled-up semi-product piece is thermally treated to obtain a rolled-up snack product of uniform thickness along its length and with a round outer flap.
EFFECT: uniform thickness of the product.
