SUBSTANCE: device comprises pressure roller and supporting roller beneath it, first conveying band for transporting and supporting, at least in the motion direction, thin dough layer to auxiliary processing unit during and after pining out. The first conveying band moves between the pressure roller and supporting roller and is closer to the supporting roller, and the said conveying band comprises set of conveying belts placed in parallel and with a space between them, and the device also comprises the second belt conveyer, which includes several additional conveying belts place in parallel and with a space between them. The belts of the first belt conveyor are placed between the belts of the second belt conveyor at the switch point from the first to the second belt conveyor.
EFFECT: achievement of thin dough layer.
