SUBSTANCE: device contains mixer, loading and unloading accessories, the mixer is made conical, the mixer axis creates with axis of its rotation an acute angle α, and end jaws of the mixer are made elliptical, at that larger diameters of ellipses of the end jaws are turned on axis of the conical surface relatively to each other by angle 30°-150°, and are secured at acute angle β not only to one another, but at different angles, and to axis of rotation of the mixer, at that along full length of the mixer the cone-shape spring with flat cross-section of turns is installed, turns direction coincides with direction of rotation of the mixer; it has device to change turns pitch by its compression or tension.
