FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains equipped with elastic elements, drum, placed with possibility of spatial movement in three mutually perpendicular planes, loading and unloading means. Drum is made in form of placed aslant relative to horizontal axis cylinder with edge walls of elliptic shape. Butt end wall of loading device is made flat and is mounted angularly to drum revolution axis. Butt end wall of unloading device is located perpendicularly to drum revolution axis and is made of conical shape. Along the entire drum length mounted is cylindrical wave-shaped spring with flat coil section and with coil direction coinciding with direction of drum revolution, which is equipped with device for changing step of coils by its extension or compression.

EFFECT: increased intensity of dye preparation, increased intensity of interaction of particles of dye components and productivity.
