FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of soaking solution, soaking of activated coal with it, aging, and thermal processing. As soaking solution solution of salts of ferric chloride and copper sulphate is applied. Soaking is carried out at temperature of solution 20-35°C, after aging processing with sodium hydroxide is carried out, and after thermal processing milling to particles with size 3-10 mcm is realised. Content of copper in powder sorbent constitutes 2-3 wt %, content of iron is 16-20 wt %.
EFFECT: increase of sorption ability of sorbent in extraction of ammonia and hydrogen sulphide from air medium of enclosed space.
