FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of chemisorbent absorbents based on active carbons, in particular to the production of chemisorbent absorbents for acidic (H2S, SO2), alkaline (NH3 and its derivatives) gases and vapors of organic substances (C6H6, CCl4), and is intended for equipping means of individual and collective respiratory protection, as well as for use in industrial exhaust gas filters. A method for obtaining an absorbent-chemisorbent of acidic, alkaline gases and vapors of organic substances is presented, including vacuuming of active carbon with a total pore volume of 0.6–1.2 cm3/g, impregnation of the vacuumized active carbon with aqueous solutions of metal salts, such as Cu+2, Ni+2, K+1, with a coefficient of 0.6–1.0 depending on the total pore volume of active carbon, heat treatment of impregnated active carbon in a dynamic layer at the temperatures of 120–160°C.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of manufacturing time and production of absorbents-chemisorbents with high protective characteristics for acidic, alkaline gases and vapors of organic substances.
