FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to obtaining a nasal spray, containing naloxone hydrochloride, and can be used as an antidote in case of severe intoxication with opiods. A pharmaceutical composition in the form of the nasal spray contains naloxone hydrochloride as an active component and auxiliary substances: propylene glycol, macrogol 400, poloxamer 407, citric acid monohydrate and water with a specified ratio of ingredients. A method of obtaining the pharmaceutical composition is also described.
EFFECT: obtained medication provides required quality, its correspondence to SP XII ed and the storage term of more than 2 years.
