SUBSTANCE: device contains the first (1) and the second (2) output field transistors, the drains of which are connected with respective antiphase the first (3) and the second (4) current outputs of the device, the sources are integrated and connected to the source of the switched discharge current (5), the first (6) switching field transistor the gate of which is connected with the first (7) logical input of the device, the source is connected with the power supply bus (8), and the drain is connected with the gate of the first (1) output field transistor and the source of the second (9) switching field transistor, while the gate of the second (9) switching field transistor is connected with the second (10) antiphase logical input of the device, the third (11) switching field transistor, the gate of which is connected with the second (10) antiphase logical input of the device, the source is connected to the power supply bus (8), and the drain is connected to the gate of the second (2) output field transistor and the source of the fourth (12) switching field transistor, and the gate of the fourth (12) switching field transistor is connected to the first (7) logical input of the device. Drains of the second (9) and the fourth (12) switching transistors are connected to the integrated sources of the first (1) and the second (2) output transistors.
EFFECT: increase of speed and reduction of distortion of spectrum of output signal of the digit-analogue converter.
