FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining surface-active substances, containing residues of fatty acids of vegetable oil and soya isolate amino acids, is characterised by the following: realised is synthesis of mixture of methyl ethers of fatty acids of vegetable oils of formula R1COOCH3, wherein R1 stands for residues of fatty acids of vegetable oils, by interaction of oil triglycerides with methanol in boiling with application of alkaline catalysis with further glycerol decantation and distillation of methanol excess, realised is obtaining solution of sodium salts of soya isolate amino acids by boiling soya isolate with sodium hydroxide solution with further cooling of reaction mass and addition of diluted solution of hydrochloric acid, realised is interaction of obtained mixture of methyl ethers of fatty acids of vegetable oils and obtained solution of sodium salts of soya isolate amino acids with molar ratio of reagents sodium salts of soya isolate amino acids: methyl ethers of fatty acids of vegetable oils = 1.1:1, in presence of glycerol, at temperature 130-150°C, with further exposure of reaction mass after water distillation at 175-185°C for 1.5 hours and further purification of surface-active substances by transfer of obtained sodium salts of N-acylaminoacids of formula , in which R1 stands for residues of fatty acids of vegetable oils, R2 stands for aliphatic or aromatic substituent, including one, containing functional groups, in particular -OH, -NH2, R3 stands for hydrogen or methyl group, into respective non-soluble acids.
EFFECT: substances, obtained in accordance with claimed method, possess high foam-generating ability, which does not depend on fatty-acid composition of initial vegetable oil.
