SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to health monitoring in regard to function of the immune system and measurement of toxic effects and other exposures. A method involves presenting an apparatus, presenting a blood sample, setting a molecular oxygen reference value, exposing the above sample, receiving the data on molecular oxygen concentration variations and a rate of variations, as well as comparing the received data to those of a healthy individual. The apparatus comprises first and second sensors, as well as a processor unit functionally connected to the first and second sensors. There are also disclosed an apparatus for analysing the individual's immune health and a method for improving the immune system function.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables assessing and measuring an individual's immune system ability to resist a disease and give responses to drugs stimulating the immune system.
