FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for organ transplantation, including exposure of an organ to exogenous stem cells, wherein stem cells are human cells originating from bone marrow, non-embryonic, non-reproductive stem cells, expressing telomerase, have a normal karyotype, are not tumorigenic, wherein stem cells were subjected to at least 10-40 cell divisions in a culture before their exposure on organ, wherein the organ is subjected to the exposure to stem cells before the transplantation to a patient.
EFFECT: present invention provides for the reduction in harmful impacts of ischemia on an organ to be taken for transplantation or taken for transplantation.
