FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: under the method the metal is released to a steel-laddle at the metal temperature of at least 1680°C for at least 4 minutes, during release calcium containing slug producing materials are added in an amount of at least 2.8 kg/t of steel, as well as manganese containing ferro-alloys in an amount of 7 kg/t of the steel maximum. Then for 7-15 minutes metal vacuum treatment is performed, after this aluminium is added till its content in metal is 0.04-0.06%, alloying by silicon and manganese containing ferro-alloys in an amount of 5-20 kg/t of steel is performed, then in a furnace-laddle unit the metal is heated to 1620-1650°C, calcium containing sludge forming materials are added in an amount of 1-2 kg/t of steel, then metal vacuum treatment is repeated for 13-18 minutes, then final alloying of metal is performed and its treatment by the calcium containing chemical in an amount of 0.05-0.3 kg/t of steel is performed.
EFFECT: invention reduces the content of non-metal inclusions and gases upon the guaranteed low content of carbon in steel.
