FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for expert assessment and diagnostics of buildings and structures. Method is characterized by creating a spatial multiparameter digital model of an object, for which a geometric model of the object is constructed, which determines its contours and features of the geometry of its constituent parts. On the basis of instrumental studies parameters of materials of elements of the object are determined taking into account their damages and defects. Also, based on instrumental studies, physical and mechanical characteristics of bearing elements of structures, foundation and soil base are determined. Then presence and characteristics of interrelations of building-foundation-ground base system are determined. Temperature and humidity conditions of buildings or building structures are monitored, areas of a building or structure are determined with maximum and minimum temperature and/or humidity; thermal imaging of all internal walls is carried out in all rooms of building or structure, areas for installation of thermal detectors are determined and their location is fixed, after that automated monitoring of temperature readings is performed in selected areas. Each cycle of temperature and/or humidity fixation is set. Ground base parameters are determined taking into account of its damages and defects. Thereafter, a dynamic three-dimensional multi-parameter digital model is formed, which reflects the predicted change in time of each characteristic of the building-foundation-ground base system as a whole. Method comprises forming a finite-element model of a building or structure, based on which the calculation is carried out based on the time variation of the stress-strain state of the building or building structure, determining the degree of change of state and degree of durability of the building or structure in a given period of time.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of diagnostics and prediction of technical condition of building or building structure and its durability.
