Method is based on real-time and continuous monitoring of operational parameters and monitoring of the working state of units and assemblies, during which the presence of deviations of the actual indicators from the normative ones is determined, the reasons for the occurrence of technological defects of the workpiece are identified, complex of necessary actions aimed at elimination of inefficiency is determined, in particular, change of parameters for achievement of target quality indices.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of equipment operation with localization of source/reasons of non-standard operation to the level of unit, process or technical parameter.
