FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages extraction under the conditions of superimposition of LH mechanical oscillations onto the system being treated, the oscillations generated by a vibration plate positioned within the apparatus working volume and having frequency equal to 10-20 Hz, amplitude being 6-12 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure complete yield of extractive substances during 12-14 min at a temperature of 50-60 degrees with reduction of thermolabile and aromatic substances loss as well as of energy expenses required for creation and maintenance of high temperatures during the extraction process.
