FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to produce liquid biopreparations – biostimulants of plant growth and development. Method of producing a liquid biopreparation for plants based on vermicompost comprises using a module composed of a wooden pallet board with size of 120×80×15 cm and two wooden pallet collars with size of 120×80×20 cm, having a total working volume of 350 l. A composition of a basic fodder substrate for cultivating earthworms is prepared, consisting of the following components: 30% of composted cow dung, 30% of lowland peat, 10% of spent blocks of oyster mushrooms, 10% of 5-day wheat germs, 10% of vegetable and fruit wastes, 10% of granulated alfalfa. Obtained vermicompost raw material is added to the obtained basic substrate in amount of 1/20 of its volume. Module is loaded with 60 kg of the ready fodder substrate with moisture content equal to 70-80%; then two populations of earthworms are populated therein: 5000 individuals Eisenia Andrej and 500 individuals Dendrobaena veneta, coated with covering non-woven material – spunbond and accelerated vermicomposting is carried out for 30-45 days. Feeding substrate in amount of 60 kg is added to the module on a weekly basis, and an automatic fogging system is used in the module to maintain humidity at 70-80%. After 30-45 days, module content is washed with 350 l of drinking water. Liquid flowing out from the module is directed to a holding tank by pipes; the collected liquid is fermented in the holding tank at room temperature during 21 days; then the fermented liquid is filtered through a filter and the ready liquid product is packed into a container.
EFFECT: obtaining liquid complex fertilizer for agriculture with high content of plant growth and development regulators, which retains its useful properties during prolonged storage.
