FIELD: processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for injection molding at low, substantially constant pressure of melt. Technical result achieved when using method according to invention enables providing more energy-and cost-efficient method for high-speed injection molding at low pressure, and making high-quality thin-wall parts with a given ratio of length to its thickness. Method is carried out by filling mold cavity with molten thermoplastic material with melt pressure which, after injection of a portion into cavity, exceeds pressure of portion prior to injection, wherein during filling cavity pressure is maintained constant.
EFFECT: method allows filling of mold cavity at low pressure without undesirable melt premature solidification of thermoplastic material in mold cavity without need to maintain a constant temperature in mold cavity or mold cavity heating.
