SUBSTANCE: invention refers to computed tomography. A method involves the stages of: eliminating a projection records noise from low-dose scanning of a projection area; the low-dose scanning matches with that one forming image records having the noise level, which is higher than a pre-set target noise in the image records; the projection records are reconstructed with the eliminated noise to form three-dimensional image records; the noise level of the image records is determined; the noise level is evaluated for the high-dose scanning image records; the high-dose scanning noise is related to the low-dose scanning noise, and the noise is eliminated in the three-dimensional image records within the image on the basis of the relation.

EFFECT: improvement of the quality of the three-dimensional images.
