FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the forming of chewing gum and confectionaries. In compliance with claimed process, two moving first and second walls are made. Chewing collected mass is continuously pushed to said two walls. Said chewing gum is sized to chewing gum sheet of uniform depth of 0.3-10 mm with the help of said two walls. Note here that said chewing gum is kept in continuous contact with at least one of said two walls before and after said sizing. Chewing gum forming system comprises the bin to intake and feed the continuous chewing mass, two moving walls and clearance there between.
EFFECT: perfected system and method.
