FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to food industry. The chewing gum composition contains: a chewing base and an aromatic mixture. The liquid aromatic mixture contains a saccharide in the form of syrup or a sugar alcohol in the form of syrup, a saccharide in the form of particles or a sugar alcohol in the form of particles, an emulsifier, a flavouring agent, a fat and (optionally) a food acid or salt thereof, a high intensity sweetener, a sensate or their combination. The chewing gum competition contains localised areas of fat and flavouring agent. The localised areas of fat and flavouring agent have a joint localisation degree equal to at least 10% in case of use of confocal spectroscopy of combined light dispersion. Additionally, one proposes other versions of the chewing gum composition, a method for its production and a chewing product.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a chewing gum with aromatic mixtures for imparting improved texture and release of flavouring agent.
