FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises characterization of well pump feed and head, output and efficiency, i.e. water feed, determination of fluid mix density and pump actual head pressure. Construction of fluid mix estimated feed-head and power curves are performed to define the well pump feed and flow rate corresponding to actual head and power consumption. Pump nameplate performances are used to construct the nameplate head-consumption and power performances at rated frequency. Allowed for are actual parameters of pumped gas-fluid mix density and thickness and actual performances of the pump plant, i.e. pump rotor rpm, pump inlet gas content, current, voltage, load factor, pressure and temperature at pump inlet, pressure and temperature at pump outlet. Well pump nameplate working head-consumption and power performances are recalculated and reconstructed Refined pump working performances and pump head and power defined with allowance for actual working performances are used to determine the pump feed.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of well production rate determination, decreased overall dimensions of equipment, increased MTBR of stationary measurement units.
