FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas business, in particular to methods of the wells production rate determining equipped with immersion installations of electric centrifugal pumps with a control station. Method includes building of the used pump actual flow-rate characteristics, taking into account of the pumped gas-liquid mixture actual density and viscosity, the actual pump rotor speed, calculation of the actual head and determining of the pump supply equal to the well flow rate by the flow-rate characteristic. Actual flow-rate characteristics are obtained by their measuring on a number of model liquids of different viscosities for a discrete set of rotor rotational speeds and interpolation to these characteristics intermediate values using the artificial intelligence technologies. Interpolation is carried out in the space of dimensionless variables Q/(n D3), v/(n D2), gH/(n2 D2), where Q is the supply, n is the shaft speed, v is the viscosity, H is the head, D is the impeller diameter, g is the acceleration of gravity.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing in the equipped with pumping units wells flow rates determining accuracy.
