FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, particularly, to methods of determining flow rate of wells equipped with pumping units. Method involves registering of displacement-delivery characteristics of a well pump, energy characteristics of power and efficiency-liquid supply. Determination of density of liquid mixture. Determination of actual pump pressure. Design of rated characteristic of displacement-delivery on the basis of liquid mixture, design of rated energy characteristics, and determination on the basis of the rated characteristics of pump supply - well flow rate corresponding to actual head and actual power consumption. At that, the well flow rate is defined as mean-square value of the pump displacements, obtained on the basis of the rated characteristic of displacement - delivery and energy characteristic. At that, during design of the displacement-delivery characteristic and determination of actual pump pressure on the basis of the displacement-delivery characteristic, account is made of the effect of current frequency on the pump rotor rotation frequency and viscosity of pumped liquid. Density of liquid mixture is calculated by a degassing curve on the basis of water content, saturation pressure and gas content at pump suction taking into account pressure and temperature at the pump suction. Besides, when determining the energy characteristic, account is made of the ratio of the pump delivery to its efficiency, and there is performed re-calculation of the pump delivery in compliance with the wellhead specifications.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of determining the flow rate of wells equipped with pumping units, improvement of reliability of equipment operation due to real-time monitoring of the well flow rate.
