FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the oil industry and can be used to determine the flow rate of wells equipped with the electric centrifugal submersible pump installations with a frequency-controlled drive and control station. Method includes the building of the pressure-flow and energy characteristics, accounting of the power consumed by the pump by the used pump parameters, and the pumped gas-liquid mixture density and viscosity actual values, the pump rotor actual speed, the gas content at the pump inlet, current, voltage, load factor, pressure and temperature at the pump inlet, pressure and temperature at the pump outlet. Building of the used pump energy characteristics is carried out on the basis of actual data obtained for different values of frequencies and viscosities, with subsequent formation of a continuous space of characteristics using artificial intelligence technologies to obtain the intermediate values. Pump supply is determined by the amount of power consumed by the pump, actual pump rotor speed and the pumped gas-liquid mixture viscosity. Consumed by the pump power is determined as the difference between the entire pumping unit power and all the losses at the additional units calculated by energy measurements, and the well production rate calculation is based on the pump supply rate taking into account of oil degassing.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing in the well flow rates determining accuracy.
