Method includes conjugation of azidoethyl carbonhydrate derivative, selected from 1-O-(2-azidoethyl)-α-D-mannopyranozide or 1-O-(2-azidoethyl)lactoside, with bishexadecyl-N-({3-[N'-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-propynyl-β-D-glycopyranozyloxy]-carbamoyl}-propyonyl)-L-glutamate.

EFFECT: increase of affinity of carbohydrate residuals to receptors, effective method of thereof obtaining.
