FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for reduction, removal or elimination of halogenorganic, glycidyl and oxirane compounds from flows of carboxylic acid esters and non-purified and refined triglyceride oils in order to provide flow of carboxylic acid esters or triglyceride oil with reduced levels of halogenorganic, glycidyl or other oxirane compounds, or flow of esters of carboxylic acids or triglyceride oil, which in fact do not contain said compounds. Invention also relates to food oil product with reduced levels of halogenorganic, glycidyl or oxirane compounds, in which levels of halogenorganic, glycidyl or oxirane compounds are reduced in comparison with oil product, which has not been subjected to interaction with carboxilate-anion.
EFFECT: method contains addition of effective quantity of carboxilate-anion to flow of esters of carboxylic acids for interaction with all halogenorganic, glycidyl and oxirane compounds, present in flow of carboxylic acid esters, at temperature from 80°C to 275°C, in which carboxilate-anion interacts with halogenorganic, glycidyl or oxirane compounds for time sufficient for provision of reduced levels of halogenorganic, glycidyl or other oxirane compounds in flow of esters of carboxylic acids.
