FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to construction of immune system cell function, loaded antigen T-cells for treatment of disease associated with viruses, using said cells to activate a cytotoxic T-cell response and a helper T-cell response, inducing a tolerogenic T-cell response, as well as treating a patient suffering the disease associated with viruses. Method comprises intracellular delivery of compounds by temporary damage to membrane surrounding said cytoplasm of immune system, and delivering the compound to the cytosol, said compound comprising one or more of liver cancer antigen, lung cancer antigen, bladder antigen, breast cancer antigen, colon cancer antigen, rectal cancer antigen, endometrial cancer antigen, renal cancer antigen, leukemia antigen, melanoma antigen, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma antigen, pancreatic cancer antigen, prostate cancer antigen, antigen of thyroid cancer, ovarian cancer antigen or uterine cancer antigen; or viral antigen, bacterial antigen, fungus auto antigen or antigen; or chimeric antigen or nucleic acid receptor, coding chimeric antigen receptor; or a tolerogenic factor; or an adjuvant; or a nucleic acid, which is a plasmid or a transposon; or nucleic acid coding MHC-complex; or protein or peptide, where the protein or peptide contains TALEN protein, zinc finger domain nuclease, meganuclease, CRE recombinase or transcription factor; or a virus or virus-like particle. That is followed by administering the cells produced in the above manner to the patient.
EFFECT: delivery of biomolecules to cells of immune system is offered.
