FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the area of electrical engineering. The electrical switchgear unit (10) comprises multitude of electronically-controlled switches (12), each of them containing the first main electrode (12A), the second main electrode (12B) and control electrode (12C). Circuit breakers (12) are placed so that they form array (14) containing at least two rows (16), each of them comprising several switches (12), and lines (18), each of them comprising one of circuit breakers (12) for each row (16). The first main electrode (12A) of each circuit breaker (12) is coupled electrically to the first electric branch (20) of its row (16), at that the first branches (20) of rows (16) are interconnected electrically in the first electric node (22). The second main electrode (12B) of each circuit breaker (12) is coupled electrically to the second electric branch (24) of its row (16), at that the second branches (24) of rows (16) are interconnected electrically in the second electric node (26). The unit (10) comprises several separate control branches (28), at that control electrode (12C) of each circuit breaker (12) is coupled electrically to the same control branch (28) in its line (18).

EFFECT: simultaneous actuation of switches is ensured at commutation.
