SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cutting prefabricated concrete articles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and equipment for cutting hardened breech concrete articles molded using a sliding casing by hydroabrasive cutting. Equipment contains facilities and devices for casting using the hollow block concrete concrete article and the device for hydro-abrasive cutting. Said equipment comprises a device for forming recesses and grooves on the upper surface of a freshly drained breech concrete article prior to curing. Said recesses and grooves extend in the region of article voids. Equipment also comprises a separate working station for hydro-abrasive cutting of the hardened breech concrete article and a device for moving the cured breech concrete product to a separate work station for hydro-abrasive cutting.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of manufacturing of concrete articles.
